Bill Gates was born in 1955. He has a love of computers and started programming mainframe computers when he was 13 years old.

He developed his own version of the BASIC programming language while attending Harvard University. He started Microsoft as a partnership with his childhood friend Paul Allen. Microsoft into a company that was founded in 1981.

Gates imagine the scale of the use of personal computers around the world. He hopes to be cheap computing power. Leadership style is a style that is very effective for use in emergency situations or where a quick decision is needed. Much of the success of Bill Gates' can be attributed to rapid decision-making process.
